Pinot Noir di Yarden is born in the heart of Galilee, one of the most suitable regions in Israel for the cultivation of this noble grape variety. The volcanic soils and the unique climate, characterized by significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, favor the expression of intense and complex aromas. This wine presents itself with a bright ruby color, light but enveloping on the palate, with scents of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by delicate spicy and vegetal notes that give elegance and finesse. The aging in barrique enriches it with soft nuances and smooth tannins, creating a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
Ideal with white meats, mushroom-based dishes, and medium-aged cheeses, Pinot Noir di Yarden embodies the refined interpretation of a classic grape variety in a territory rich in potential, enhancing authenticity and character in every sip.
