The Pisco Grand Noble Acholado from Campo de Encanto is born in the Chilean highlands, a refined expression of the pisco tradition of this territory with great wine-growing vocation. This distillate is obtained from a blend of aromatic grape varieties, particularly Quebranta, Italia, and Moscatel, selected to confer complexity and harmony to the distillate. The term "Acholado" indeed refers to a mixture that combines different grape varieties, enhancing intense aromas and subtle nuances.

On the nose, it presents delicate notes of white flowers, fresh citrus, and a hint of sweet spices that blend with the softness of vanilla. On the palate, it offers an elegant structure, with a balance between freshness, sweetness, and a persistent, clean aftertaste. The Pisco Grand Noble is carefully aged in oak barrels to enrich its complexity without losing its natural brightness.

Perfect as a base for refined cocktails or to enjoy neat, it is ideal with light appetizers, fish dishes, or fresh cheeses. An excellent distillate that tells the authentic character of the Andean territory.
