On the palate, L’Eclat de Valois reveals a wonderfully balanced structure, with soft tannins that harmoniously blend with lively acidity, providing a full and enveloping sip. Notes of coffee and vanilla add to a long and persistent finish, making this wine an ideal companion for flavorful dishes such as meat roasts or aged cheeses.
