Pomino Vin Santo DOC of Frescobaldi is a harmonious expression of Tuscan winemaking tradition, born in the vineyards located in the heart of Chianti Rufina. This precious sweet wine, obtained mainly from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, reflects the skilled drying technique that concentrates sugars and aromas, followed by aging in small wooden barrels where time grants complexity and depth. In the glass, it presents an intense amber color, while the nose releases hints of honey, toasted almonds, and dried fruit, with delicate floral and slightly spicy notes.

On the palate, it is enveloping, balanced between sweetness and freshness, with a long persistence that invites a slow, meditative sip. Perfect as a dessert wine, it pairs excellently with dry sweets, almond cookies, or as an accompaniment to aged cheeses and liver pâté, thus celebrating the richness of the territory and the art of Frescobaldi.
