Porto Vintage 2001 75cl - Quinta de Carvalhas comes from the prestigious Douro region, the beating heart of Portuguese fortified wine production. Produced with typical grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz, this wine stands out for its extraordinary concentration and organoleptic complexity, the result of a particularly favorable vintage. After a controlled fermentation, it is aged in oak barrels for a short period, then continues its aging in the bottle, where it develops intense and deep aromas.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, while on the nose it offers notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and hints of dark chocolate. On the palate, it expresses a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with soft tannins and remarkable persistence. Ideal with aged cheeses or chocolate desserts, this Porto Vintage represents a sensory experience that celebrates the unique terroir of the Douro.
