Porto White by Fonseca is a refined example of fortified wine produced in the renowned Douro region, Portugal, famous for its centuries-old winemaking tradition. This Porto White is made from selected indigenous grapes, skillfully vinified to enhance freshness and fragrance. The color is bright, straw yellow with greenish reflections, while the olfactory profile opens with fruity notes of green apple, citrus, and a delicate hint of white flowers.

On the palate, it is balanced, with a pleasant sweetness that does not overpower, accompanied by a light acidity that gives liveliness and persistence. The aging takes place in stainless steel or neutral oak barrels, thus preserving the typical aromatic purity of this type. This Porto White is ideal as an aperitif but pairs excellently with fruit-based desserts, dry pastries, or fresh cheeses. The structure and complexity make the tasting harmonious, highlighting the authentic character of the Douro denomination. A versatile fortified wine that encompasses history, territory, and the essence of Portuguese winemaking art.
