The Pouilly-Fumé Caillottes Jeroboam of Du Bouchot comes from the renowned wine-growing area of the Loire Valley, more precisely from the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, known for its dry and mineral white wines. This wine is made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, grown on gravelly and limestone soils known as “caillottes,” which give the wine a lively structure and a particularly fragrant character.

The winemaking method involves controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging that preserves freshness and aromaticity. During the maturation process, the wine develops a perfect integration of citrus notes, smoky nuances, and a marked minerality, typical of this specific terroir. On the nose, you can perceive aromas of grapefruit, white flowers, and a slight flint, while on the palate it reveals itself as elegant and persistent, with a pleasant acidity that accompanies a soft structure.

Ideal to pair with refined fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, this Pouilly-Fumé in Jeroboam format is an excellent choice for those seeking a white wine with expressive and complex character, perfect for special occasions or collective tastings.
