Obtained from carefully selected Glera grapes, this Prosecco stands out for its vibrant freshness and a fine, persistent perlage, typical of quality sparkling wines. The Charmat method, used for the refermentation in autoclave, preserves the intense and fragrant aromas, which reveal notes of green apple, wildflowers, and a delicate touch of almond.

On the palate, the Extra Brut of Bele Casel is dry and harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness, capable of delivering a sensation of cleanliness and lightness.
