The Prosecco Asolo DOCG Extra Dry by Bele Casel is born in the heart of the Asolo hills, in Veneto, an area renowned for producing elegant and fresh sparkling wines. Obtained from carefully selected Glera grapes, this sparkling wine best expresses the typical character of the territory, thanks to the favorable microclimate and mineral-rich soils.

The Charmat method, used for refermentation in autoclave, gives the Prosecco a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, green apple, and light hints of citrus. On the palate, it is balanced, with lively freshness and a soft finish, typical of the Extra Dry version, which offers a slight sweetness well calibrated without weighing down.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses, this sparkling wine gracefully tells the Asolo winemaking tradition, renewed by the passion and care of Bele Casel.
