The Prosecco DOC Brut of Deseo is born in the hills of Veneto, a territory dedicated to the refined expression of Glera, an indigenous grape that gives freshness and liveliness to the wine. This Prosecco presents a fine and persistent perlage, the result of a Charmat method sparkling process that preserves the primary aromas, enhancing notes of green apple, citrus fruits, and white flowers. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, balancing acidity and softness in a light and refreshing sip. The pale straw color accompanies an elegant yet direct bouquet, perfect to accompany aperitifs and delicate seafood dishes, such as raw fish or carpaccio.
