The Prosecco DOC Brut from the Falceri Collection by Riondo represents a vibrant expression of the style and quality that characterize the sparkling wines of Veneto. This wine is made exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested in the lush vineyards located in the provinces of Treviso, Venice, and Vicenza, areas recognized for the production of the acclaimed Prosecco.

The winemaking follows the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in large sealed containers to maintain the freshness and natural effervescence that distinguish this sparkling wine. The Prosecco DOC Brut Falceri Collection is noted for its fine and persistent perlage, a clear indication of its high quality.

On the nose, Riondo's Prosecco offers a delicate bouquet, with notes of white flowers, green apple, and a light touch of fresh citrus. The olfactory approach is immediately captivating, promising an equally pleasant drink.

On the palate, there is a perfect harmony between acidity and residual sweetness, making this Brut extremely balanced and drinkable. The flavors of fresh fruit are intertwined with a pleasant minerality that leads to a refreshing and clean finish. It is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as seafood, delicate appetizers, and salads.

The Prosecco DOC Brut from Riondo is not only a testament to Italian winemaking excellence but also a versatile option that can be enjoyed on multiple occasions, always ensuring a refined and satisfying taste experience. With its elegant bottle and distinctive label, it represents an excellent choice for sparkling wine lovers in search of quality and style.
