Bolla's Prosecco DOC Extra Dry BIO, produced according to the Charmat Method, represents excellence in the panorama of organic sparkling wines. This Prosecco is the result of a careful selection of Glera grapes grown according to the principles of organic farming, which guarantee environmental sustainability and the authentic expression of the terroir. Bolla, a winery with a long history and a strong commitment to quality and innovation, offers with this Prosecco a tasting experience that combines freshness, elegance and respect for nature.

Visually, Prosecco DOC Extra Dry BIO has a light straw yellow color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage, which anticipates the quality and pleasantness of the sip. On the nose, it opens with a rich and fragrant bouquet, dominated by notes of green apple, pear and white flowers, with a light citrus touch, which gives the wine a remarkable freshness and olfactory complexity.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a perfect balance between the moderate sweetness, typical of the Extra Dry style, and a lively acidity, which together create a harmonious and drinkable structure. The creaminess of the perlage caresses the palate, leaving a sensation of freshness and a light fruity note in the persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, Bolla's Prosecco DOC Extra Dry BIO is also a perfect companion for light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, making it an excellent choice for any type of celebration or convivial occasion. Its organic production also makes it a favorite choice for those looking for wines that reflect principles of sustainability and attention to the environment.

With its Prosecco DOC Extra Dry BIO "Charmat Method", Bolla underlines the importance of tradition and innovation, offering a sparkling wine that is an expression of the winery's quality and commitment to producing wines that respect the territory and well-being of the planet.
