The Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut by Serre di Pederiva is born in the heart of the Treviso foothills, an area renowned for the production of high-quality sparkling wines. Made mainly with Glera grapes, typical of the territory, this prosecco stands out for its fine and persistent perlage thanks to a rigorous and controlled secondary fermentation. On the nose, it releases delicate notes of white flowers, green apple, and light hints of citrus, while on the palate it is fresh, lively, and with a pleasant sapidity that invites another sip. The aging in steel preserves the freshness and purity of the aromatic characteristics, enhancing the territoriality of the Trevigiano.

This Brut is an elegant and balanced interpretation, perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, crustaceans, and fish appetizers, enhancing the encounter between wine and Mediterranean gastronomy without weighing down the palate.
