The Prosecco Extra Dry DOC from Sutto is an enological gem that enchants with its freshness and liveliness. It comes from the lush lands of Veneto, an Italian region famous for the production of Prosecco, one of the most beloved sparkling wines in the world. This sparkling wine is mainly made from Glera grapes, a native vine of the area, which is distinguished by its ability to clearly and vibrantly express the territory.

The color is a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, typical of Prosecco. The fine and persistent bubbles create a delicate and inviting mousse. On the nose, it opens with a rich and complex bouquet of fresh fruit like green apple and white peach, enriched by floral nuances of wisteria and acacia. On the palate, the Prosecco Extra Dry DOC from Sutto displays a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, making each sip pleasantly harmonious and refreshing.

This wine is the ideal pairing for light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood, but it is also perfect as an aperitif. Its moderate sweetness and lively bubbles stimulate the palate, preparing it for the tasting of the dishes that follow.

Medium-bodied and with a lingering aftertaste, the Prosecco Extra Dry DOC from Sutto is also an excellent candidate for celebrations and special occasions, representing a refined and delightful way to toast to life. Each sip tells the story of a rich and blessed terroir, offered by the Sutto winery with passion and a dedication to quality.
