"Casa Vittorino" is a superior Prosecco dedicated to the founder of the "Vittorino Polegato" winery made from 100% Glera grapes carefully selected during the manual harvest in September.
It is produced using the classic white vinification processes while the sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat Method, with refermentation in autoclave for about 20-25 days and refining on its own yeasts for a few weeks, plus another 1-2 months in the bottle.
"Casa Vittorino" is extremely fresh and elegant, and a fine and persistent perlage. In the glass it shows off a beautiful pale straw yellow color with gold reflections. Strong fruity hints of ripe yellow fruit arrive on the nose, blended with floral notes and characteristic varietal aromas. The sip is soft and dry, with a nice savory trail that gives the palate a long and persistent aftertaste.
"Casa Vittorino" is a refined prosecco, a glass to sip as an aperitif or to open at tables based on light first courses or marinating dishes.
