The Prosecco Rosé Brut DOC of Casa Roma stands out for its freshness and liveliness, the result of the perfect union between Glera and Pinot Nero grown in the hills of Veneto. This sparkling wine, characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, is briefly aged in autoclave to preserve its fragrance and natural effervescence. On the nose, delicate aromas of red fruits and fresh flowers emerge, while on the palate it shows a pleasant acidity, balanced by softness and an elegant finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes and light white meats.
Its label, although damaged, does not affect the quality, making it an excellent choice for those seeking authenticity and refinement in the glass.
