Prosecco Rosé Brut DOC - Peruzzet - Casa Roma - Etichetta Danneggiata is born in the heart of the Veneto territory, an area renowned for the production of elegant and fragrant sparkling wines. Made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Nero vinified in rosé, this wine releases delicate aromas of small red berries and white flowers, with a fine and persistent perlage that caresses the palate. Its freshness, combined with a pleasant savoriness, makes it ideal to accompany aperitifs, fish dishes, and delicate vegetable-based preparations.
The aging takes place in the autoclave, thus preserving the liveliness and balance typical of the denomination. A refined choice for those looking for a contemporary, light, and refined prosecco.
