The Prosecco Rosé Ombre is born in the heart of Veneto and takes its name from a local dialect expression, where “ombra” means a simple glass of wine, symbolizing conviviality and tradition.

Made from Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes grown according to organic farming principles, it is vinified with a first fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for 8–10 days. The sparkling process also takes place in steel, following the Charmat Method, with a yeast aging of about 60 days, which gives balance and finesse to the aromatic profile.

In the glass, it appears with a delicate and bright pink color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, elegant aromas of acacia, peach, and small red fruits emerge. The taste is fresh, harmonious, and dry, with floral and fruity sensations that recall the liveliness of the Venetian land, maintaining a light and pleasant drinkability.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with fish dishes, shellfish, finger food, and gourmet salads.
