The Prosecco Superiore Asolo DOCG by Serafini e Vidotto is born in the hills of the Asolo area, a renowned territory in Veneto for the production of quality sparkling wines. Obtained mainly from Glera grapes, this Prosecco stands out for its freshness and finesse, enhanced by a secondary fermentation method in autoclave that preserves the lively and creamy effervescence.

On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and hints of citrus, while on the palate it is balanced, with well-calibrated acidity and a slightly mineral aftertaste that recalls the Asolo terroir. This refined sparkling wine is ideal to accompany appetizers, light fish dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine, but it also elegantly suits as an aperitif. An example of how tradition and artisanal care enhance an indigenous grape variety, in a territory of excellence.
