This Prosecco is made from fine Glera grapes and made sparkling with the Charmat method. The vinification takes place in white, through a soft pressing which preserves the delicacy of the grapes, with a maximum yield of 70%.

On the palate, this Prosecco is pleasantly dry and fresh with an acidic note and fruity and floral tones.

Its dry, balanced and sparkling nature makes it an ideal companion for aperitifs, but its versatility makes it suitable for the entire meal.

Winery history
Bellussi is a producer based in Valdobbiadene, active in the production of sparkling wines and Prosecco. The brand was relaunched in recent years, and the current ownership is tied to the entrepreneurial involvement of members of the Martellozzo family in the first half of the 1990s, who contributed to its positioning on national and international markets. The winery combines elements of local tradition with marketing strategies and participation in cultural events.
