The Prosecco Treviso DOC Extra Dry from the Galìe winery by Astoria represents an excellent choice for sparkling wine enthusiasts who appreciate freshness and vivacity. Produced in the renowned hills of Treviso, an area boasting an ideal terroir for viticulture, this Prosecco is the result of a meticulous selection of Glera grapes.

Characterized by a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections, the Prosecco Treviso DOC Extra Dry by Astoria offers a fine and persistent perlage, which hints at the quality and refinement of the product. On the nose, it opens with an inviting aromatic bouquet, where aromas of fresh white fruits like pear and green apple emerge, followed by floral notes of acacia and wisteria.

On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and liveliness. The balance between sweetness and acidity is impeccable, with a slight hint of amaretto that makes the finish pleasantly crisp and persistent. This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but it also pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, seafood, and fish-based dishes.

Serve at a temperature of around 6-8°C to fully enjoy its qualities. The Prosecco Treviso DOC Extra Dry by Astoria is an example of how tradition and innovation can come together to create a high-quality product that best expresses the characteristics of the Venetian territory. A wine that will surely satisfy the palates of the most discerning connoisseurs.
