Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Biologico Brut Col de L’Utia - Prapian is born in the heart of the hills of Valdobbiadene, a territory renowned for producing bubbles of great finesse and elegance. Vinified under organic farming, this sparkling wine expresses the purity of the Glera grape grown with respect for the environment, with particular attention to maintaining the biodiversity of the territory.

In the glass it presents fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers delicate notes of green apple, acacia flowers, and light citrus hints. The taste is fresh, lively, and harmonious, with a balanced degree of acidity that gives a pleasant crispness. The thin and creamy bubbles envelop the palate, leaving a clean and mineral finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with light appetizers, seafood, and fish-based dishes, enhancing every tasting with its freshness and refinement.

Winery history
Tenuta Prapian is located in the municipality of Tarzo and is presented as a company built on modern principles that combines innovation with local roots. The production facility and the estate are part of the activities linked to Sacchetto S.r.l, and the company is promoted as a family-run operation focused on the hills of Valdobbiadene and Asolo.
Production philosophy
It is based on caring for the territory and on balancing people, technology and nature: organic practices in the vineyard, attention to biodiversity, and modern production processes to express the character of the territory while preserving its resources.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located on the hills of Tarzo in the province of Treviso, within the DOCG Valdobbiadene and Asolo-Nervesa areas. Mineral-rich soils, sites sheltered from the wind and vineyards situated at approximately 300 meters above sea level, set in a landscape of woodlands and rolling hills.
