The Puligny Montrachet Champs Gain 2021 by François Carillon is born in the heart of Burgundy, one of the most prestigious and renowned regions in the world for producing Chardonnay of the highest quality. This Cru originates from vineyards located in a particularly favored area of Puligny Montrachet, characterized by limestone soils that give the wine an elegant structure and a vibrant minerality.

The 2021 vintage, with its climatic balance, allowed the grapes to express intense aromas and an aromatic complexity ranging from notes of ripe yellow fruit to delicate floral nuances and buttery hints typical of François Carillon’s craftsmanship. The aging occurs in oak barrels, skillfully dosed to preserve freshness and make the wine harmonious and deeply expressive.

On the palate, it is harmonious, with good acidity supporting a long and refined finish. Ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or white meats, this Puligny Montrachet represents an authentic tribute to the Burgundian terroir, a sensory experience that reveals all the refinement and elegance typical of this appellation.
