Puligny Montrachet by François Carillon is a wine that embodies the elegance and finesse typical of the famous Côte de Beaune appellation in Burgundy. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this white faithfully reflects the unique terroir of Puligny Montrachet, known for its limestone and clay soils that impart structure and complexity.
Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose it releases a refined bouquet dominated by scents of white flowers, ripe yellow-fleshed fruits, and light mineral notes reminiscent of flint. On the palate, it is enveloping and harmonious, with a vibrant acidity that supports a silky texture and a persistent finish characterized by hazelnut and butter notes, testimony to the well-balanced aging in wooden barrels.
François Carillon, guardian of Burgundian tradition and excellence, manages to express with this Puligny Montrachet all the delicacy and depth of one of the most prestigious white wines in the world, perfect paired with fish dishes, refined shellfish, or white meats in light sauces.
