Raicilla Maguey Alto 70cl - Vecindad is an artisanal distillate produced in the Jalisco region, the beating heart of the Mexican tradition linked to agave. This spirit is obtained from the spontaneous fermentation of maguey alto, a variety of wild agave that grows at high altitudes, giving the distillate a unique complexity and an enveloping minerality. The distillation process takes place in copper stills, preserving the aromatic richness and enhancing the characteristics of the territory. On the nose, intense aromas of aromatic herbs, damp earth, and smoky notes emerge, intertwined with floral and citrus nuances.

On the palate, Raicilla presents itself as smooth yet full-bodied, with a balance between natural sweetness and a slight spicy aftertaste that invites new tastings. Perfect with fish dishes, ethnic cuisine, or to be savored slowly in good company, it represents an elegant expression of the lesser-known but extremely fascinating Mexican tradition.
