Raicilla Maguey Japo Cabo Corrientes Jalisco 70cl - Vecindad is born from the beating heart of the Cabo Corrientes region, Jalisco, a unique terroir where maguey plants feed on the coastal climate and volcanic soil. This traditional Mexican distillate is made exclusively from the Maguey Japo, a wild variety of agave that gives Raicilla its distinctive and complex character.

The aging takes place in wooden barrels, a process that imparts softness and olfactory depth to the distillate; on the nose, herbaceous notes emerge, a mineral scent, and light smoky nuances, while on the palate it opens with a balance between freshness and warmth, accompanied by a persistent aftertaste of spices and wild citrus.

Perfect for those seeking an authentic experience outside the industrial agave circuits, Raicilla Maguey Japo is ideal to enjoy neat or in elaborate cocktails, accompanying traditional Mexican cuisine dishes or aged cheeses with a robust structure.
