Raicilla Maguey Lechugilla 70cl - Vecindad is an artisanal distillate that captures the authentic essence of the mountains of the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Obtained from maguey lechuguilla, a less common and particularly resilient variety of agave, this raicilla stands out for its complexity and unique personality. Cultivated on hilly terrain, combined with the traditional method of distillation in small copper stills, it gives the product an intense and aromatic character, with herbal notes and mineral hints on the palate.

On the nose, aromas of Mediterranean herbs, fresh citrus, and a slight smokiness emerge, providing depth and persistence. The tannic texture is soft and enveloping, while the finish is characterized by a light spice that encourages the next sip. Ideal to enjoy neat or mixed in refined cocktails, this raicilla strongly expresses the identity of the territory and the savoir-faire of Mexican artisanal production.
