Redoma Branco by Niepoort is a white wine from the renowned Douro region in Portugal, mainly known for its high-quality red wines and Port. Made with a blend of native grape varieties, including síria, rabigato, and gouveio, this white stands out for the elegance and complexity it manages to express thanks to the rigorous work in the vineyard and the cellar.

The winemaking method involves separate fermentations for each grape variety and subsequent maturation in stainless steel, which preserves freshness and intense aromas. In the glass, it appears with the right brightness and a light straw color. The aromatic profile is rich with floral notes, citrus, and light mineral nuances, typical of the schistous soil of the Douro.

On the palate, it is balanced, with vibrant acidity and a savory persistence that invites another sip. An ideal companion for fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, capable of telling the unique terroir of the Douro valley in every sip.
