Renosu Bianco di Dettori is an authentic expression of Sardinia, born from Vermentino grapes grown on the soils of Monti di Alà, in the north of the island. This white wine, obtained through manual harvesting and careful winemaking, stands out for its mineral and fresh character, typical of the stony and suitable territory. The aging takes place in steel, preserving the liveliness and varietal purity of Vermentino, which gives Renosu aromatic notes of white flowers, citrus, and a subtle marine sapidity.

On the palate it is balanced, with an enveloping yet slender gustatory texture, ideal to accompany fresh fish dishes, crustaceans, and light Mediterranean cuisine. The finesse and territoriality of Renosu Bianco elegantly tell the deep connection of Dettori with Sardinia, offering a vibrant and refreshing sensory experience, perfect for those who love authentic and characterful white wines.
