The Rhum Agricole 2001 17 Ans Brut De Fut by Saint James is an excellent distillate from Martinique, made exclusively with fresh sugar cane juice, extracted from the region's historic plantations. This 17-year-old agricole rum stands out for its extraordinary complexity, refined in oak barrels that enhance its structure and aromatic depth.

On the nose, enveloping aromas of toasted wood, spicy notes of vanilla and cloves open up, accompanied by hints of dried fruit and tobacco. On the palate, it is full and harmonious, with a soft but decisive texture, capable of balancing freshness and alcoholic warmth, offering a long and persistent finish that recalls sweet spices and cedar.

This Brut De Fut reflects the volcanic and sunny territory of Martinique, where the cane grows lushly, giving the rum a unique character on the world stage. Ideal as a meditation after a meal, it pairs splendidly with dark chocolate, fine cigars, or desserts based on dried fruit. A sensory experience that celebrates the tradition and refinement of excellent agricole rum.
