The Rhum Agricole Blanc Cuvée De La Montagne by Depaz is born on the slopes of Mount Pelée, in Martinique, where the volcanic terroir imparts a unique and intense character to the sugar cane.

Produced with the agricole method, this rhum is distilled from pure sugar cane juice, without the addition of molasses, thereby enhancing the freshness and natural aromaticity of the fruit. After careful and refined distillation, the rhum is briefly aged in stainless steel to preserve its brightness and organoleptic purity.

On the nose, it opens with vegetal notes of cut grass and fresh cane, accompanied by slightly citrusy and floral hints. On the palate, it is lively and clean, with a slim but dense body, characterized by a savory persistence and a mineral fineness typical of mountainous terrains. Ideal to be enjoyed neat or in cocktails that highlight its marked freshness and authentic character, it is also perfect to accompany fish dishes, spicy foods, or Creole cuisine.
