The Ribolla Gialla IGP by Jermann is an exquisite celebration of the native Friulian grape variety, known for its perfect balance and refined elegance. This wine, originating from Jermann's renowned vineyards in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, is an exceptional expression of the local terroir and the winemaking mastery of the cellar.

Jermann's Ribolla Gialla presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color, immediately revealing its freshness and liveliness. On the nose, it is distinguished by a bouquet of intense aromas where notes of green apple, citrus, and a delicate touch of white flowers stand out, followed by mineral nuances that reflect the richness of the soil of origin.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its elegant acidity and structure. The flavors of fresh fruit blend harmoniously with a slight minerality, creating a complex yet pleasantly balanced tasting experience. The finesse of the Ribolla Gialla allows for a long and pleasing finish, with aftertastes that linger, inviting another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is also a perfect companion for a variety of light dishes, particularly seafood, fresh grilled fish, and summer salads. It is also perfect to pair with fresh, delicate cheeses.

Jermann winery, founded at the end of the 19th century, is today internationally recognized for the quality of its wines, where passion and innovation are constantly intertwined to create wines that are true ambassadors of Friulian wine style and tradition. With this bottle of Ribolla Gialla IGP, Jermann reaffirms its commitment to offering wines of the highest level.
