The Ribolla Gialla of Perusini is born in the evocative region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a land renowned for its winemaking vocation and for the morainic soils that give uniqueness to the wines produced. This wine expresses itself with a bright straw yellow color, reflecting the purity of the indigenous Ribolla Gialla grape variety, known for its fresh acidity and lightness. The careful and modern winemaking process preserves floral and fruity notes, with hints of green apple and citrus dancing on the nose, while on the palate it is harmonious and lively, perfect in the balance between finesse and structure.

The aging is short and aimed at maintaining the typical freshness of this variety intact, which pairs well with fish dishes, light appetizers, and Mediterranean cuisine, enhancing delicate flavors without overpowering them. A wine that tells the story of the territory and the Friulian tradition in every sip.

Winery history
The Perusini family has been linked to Friulian viticulture for generations: the family home preserves historical artifacts, and the winery was included by Luigi Veronelli among the "historic winemakers." Over the centuries, family members have selected and promoted indigenous grape varieties—chiefly Picolit and Ribolla Gialla—and that work has been passed down to the current family stewards, who combine tradition with a commitment to research and innovation.
Production philosophy
The company places viticulture at the centre: quality in the vineyard is prioritised to produce wines that express the terroir and the vintage. Its management combines respect for tradition, protection of biodiversity and the adoption of modern winemaking methods. From an environmental standpoint, the company follows sustainable practices and adheres to the principles of certified organic production.
