The stainless steel aging method preserves the aromatic purity and liveliness of the variety, enhancing notes of citrus, white flowers, and a delicate minerality reminiscent of flint. On the palate, it reveals a balanced character, with a fine structure and a pleasant acidic tension that ensures a long persistence and excellent aging potential.

An excellent companion to seafood dishes, the Riesling Linea Estate pairs perfectly with shellfish, baked fish, or fish cooked with light sauces, but it also serves as a contemplative wine, capable of surprising with its complexity and authenticity. A true tribute to the Alsace denomination, ideal for those seeking a pure and highly distinctive Riesling.
