Riesling di Konrad Oberhofer, originating from the renowned Sudtirol DOC territory, is a wine that embodies the elegance and freshness typical of one of the most suitable regions in Italy for this grape variety. Cultivated in high-altitude vineyards, where the cool climate and temperature variations favor slow and complete ripening, this Riesling expresses a highly refined aromatic profile.

The Riesling grape, famous worldwide for its versatility and longevity, finds an ideal terroir in Sudtirol: dolomitic soils, constant ventilation, and optimal sun exposure give this wine a vibrant sapidity and distinctive minerality. The aging usually takes place in steel, thus preserving the liveliness of the white-fleshed fruit aromas, floral notes, and flint scents that characterize this bottle.

On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with good acidity, making it perfect both as an aperitif and paired with delicate dishes of fish, white meats, or fresh cheeses. A Riesling with a Nordic character, but with a Mediterranean light, capable of fascinating the most demanding enthusiasts.
