The Riesling Vendange Tardive from Famille Hugel is an extraordinary expression of Alsace, a region renowned for the quality of its aromatic white wines. Made from Riesling grapes left to mature long on the vine, this wine embodies the typicality of late harvests, which give the product a richness of natural sugars and aromatic complexity. Produced in the historic area of Colmar, the limestone and clay terroir profoundly influences the mineral and vibrant character of this elegant white.

On the nose it opens with clear notes of white-fleshed fruit, honey, and candied citrus, enriched by balsamic hints that increase its depth. On the palate there is a surprising harmony between balanced sweetness and freshness, with a soft and enveloping structure capable of leaving a long and persistent finish. The aging takes place in steel or large barrels, methods that preserve the expressive purity of the grape variety without overlaying excessive aromas.

Perfect as a wine for contemplation, the Riesling Vendange Tardive from Famille Hugel pairs magnificently with blue cheeses, foie gras, and desserts based on dried fruit, enhancing their nuances with delicacy and finesse. A masterpiece of Alsatian winemaking to discover sip after sip.
