A Primitivo di Rinforzo is presented in a very elegant label, an iconic red wine from Puglia. Made with a particular method called "Reinforcement" which provides for the careful management of the slightly dried grapes both in crates and in the "fruit cellar". This process is used to "strengthen" the best batches of Primitivo Salento grapes.

Thanks to this method of managing the grapes, a complex wine is obtained, with great personality and elegance, certainly full-bodied. We should indulge in these pleasures more frequently. We don't have to wait for something to happen that makes us feel we deserve the best: we already deserve it.

The nose is rich, persistent with notes of bitter chocolate, ripe plums and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean, truly an explosion of flavors and smells that inebriates to the core.

Perfect in combination with Red Meat and Seasoned Cheeses, but in reality, be imaginative in the combinations of this particular wine, because we are sure that it will never let you down.
