The Ripasso della Valpolicella Superiore DOC Cascina San Vincenzo - Pasqua is a refined expression of a dedicated territory, the Valpolicella Classica in the heart of Veneto. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this wine undergoes the traditional ripasso process, which involves re-fermenting the young wine on the dried pomace of Amarone, giving it a more complex structure and a enveloping balance.

In the glass it shows an intense ruby red color, accompanied by aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and sweet spices, enriched by light toasted notes and hints of jam. The palate is full, with soft tannins and a persistent finish, reflecting the sunny character and minerality of the terroir.

Ideally paired with typical dishes of Venetian cuisine such as roasted meats and aged cheeses, it is a wine capable of expressing elegance and tradition, perfect for convivial moments that require a quality companion.
