The Ripasso della Valpolicella Superiore Magnum by Tommasi is born from the historic hills of Valpolicella, a land suited to the native grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. This wine expresses the entire Veronese tradition through the refined “ripasso” aging method, which consists of a second fermentation on the pomace of Amarone, giving structure and richness to the already elegant body of the wine.

In the glass, it reveals an intense ruby red color, with complex aromas evoking notes of ripe cherry, red fruits, sweet spices, and a typical nuance of bitter almond. On the palate, it is enveloping, warm, and soft, with fine tannins and a gustatory balance that pleasantly accompanies long pairings with red meats, aged cheeses, and dishes from traditional Venetian cuisine.

The Magnum bottle, with its perfect preservation, enhances the wine's depth, making it ideal for convivial moments or long aging in the cellar.
