The Riserva Chianti Classico DOCG Mathusalem from Castello di Cacchiano represents an oenological jewel of the Tuscan tradition, located in the picturesque Chianti Classico area. Produced mainly with Sangiovese grapes, grown on hilly soils of galestro and alberese origin, this wine expresses an elegant and complex character, the result of a meticulous selection of the best grapes and aging in oak barrels.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, enriched by garnet reflections that anticipate its maturity. The bouquet is distinguished by notes of ripe cherry, plum, and a delicate hint of sweet spices and tobacco, enriched by slight balsamic nuances. The taste is full, soft, and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish, perfectly able to accompany red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses.

The Mathusalem is a testament to the winemaking art of Castello di Cacchiano, a label that speaks of passion and territory, ideal for those who wish to discover the deep soul of Chianti Classico through a Riserva with impeccable structure and timeless charm.
