The Riserva dell'Asola Colli Maceratesi Ribona by Fontezoppa is born in the suggestive hills of Macerata, the cradle of a little-known native grape variety capable of expressing great character: Ribona. This white stands out for its elegance and the expressiveness of the Macerata territory, where the mild climate and calcareous soils give the wine freshness and minerality. After fermentation, the wine matures in steel barrels and partly in wood, a refinement that imparts aromatic complexity while maintaining the pure varietal character intact. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers, and a delicate hint of aromatic herbs emerge. On the palate, it reveals a savory profile, with a balanced structure and a fresh, persistent finish. Ideal with fish dishes, fresh cheeses, and vegetable-based preparations, it gracefully accompanies moments of refined conviviality.
