The Roero Arneis DOCG of Cesare Pavese represents an excellence of Piedmont, born in the sandy hills of the Roero area, renowned for its unique terroir and optimal sun exposure. Obtained from the homonymous Arneis grape variety, known for its elegance and freshness, this wine stands out for a rich aromatic profile, with delicate hints of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as pear, and notes of almond.

The aging takes place in stainless steel, thus preserving the vibrant acidity and the purity of the fruit, while the care in the vineyard reflects the careful selection of the grapes and the respect for local biodiversity. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with a pleasant savoriness that enhances its persistence and drinkability. Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, light white meats, and fresh cheeses, this Roero Arneis embodies the harmony between tradition and modernity in the heart of Piedmont.
