Pagadebit is a typical Romagna vine that expresses simplicity, sapidity and minerality. A vine known for its extremely resistant nature, with berries covered with an "armor" that preserves them from fungal diseases and unwanted molds.

A wine made with grapes from 100% Bombino Bianco (Pagadebit) vines, from the Campi di Fratta vineyards, cultivated in Bertinoro on medium-textured calcareous soil, facing East/South-East.

It has a straw yellow color with marked greenish reflections. The olfactory profile is mainly characterized by floral scents where the sweetish and intense aroma of hawthorn prevails, as well as a note of fresh spring grass and aromas of white-fleshed fruit. Very pleasant dry wine, good texture, balanced and at the same time fresh and mineral.

It is recommended to combine it with seafood first and second courses, it is also perfect with vegetable soup and fresh cheeses.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes. The approach favors separate vinification of individual parcels to highlight distinct characteristics and create balanced blends.
