Romangia IGT of Chimbanta, produced by the prestigious Dettori winery, is a wine that faithfully tells the story of the unspoiled lands of north-western Sardinia. Characterized by a skillfully crafted blend, it expresses with intensity the mineral and Mediterranean character of the Romangia territory, where limestone and temperature variation favor a concentrated and aromatic fruit. The aging, which takes place in oak barrels, imparts a enveloping structure and an elegant complexity, with notes of ripe red fruits, slight balsamic hints, and a pleasant spiciness. On the palate it is balanced, with refined tannins that invite sipping and perfectly accompany robust dishes from sea or land, such as grilled meats or aged cheeses from the Sardinian tradition. An authentic sensory experience that embodies the essence of the grape variety and the island terroir, enhancing every sip with freshness and personality.
