The Rosato Rubicone IGT of Leonardo Da Vinci 1502 originates from the gentle hills of Emilia-Romagna, a land rich in history and devoted to quality viticulture. This rosé is made from selected indigenous grape varieties, carefully cultivated to enhance the freshness and liveliness typical of the territory. The winemaking process favors a brief maceration of the skins, giving the wine a pale and bright pink color, as well as an elegant and delicate aromatic profile. On the nose, there are hints of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a touch of Mediterranean aromatic herbs.

On the palate, the Rosato Rubicone IGT presents a fresh and soft harmony, with good structure and a persistent finish, ideal to accompany light fish dishes, summer appetizers, or fresh cheeses. A wine that expresses with balance the essence of Rubicone and the passion of Leonardo Da Vinci 1502 for local tradition.
