The Rosato Torgiano DOP Bio by Venturosa, produced in the fertile Umbrian hills of Torgiano, embodies the perfect expression of Sangiovese cultivated with organic methods. This rosé stands out for its vibrant freshness and elegant balance, the result of careful vinification that preserves the natural purity of the grape variety. The pale pink color hints at delicate aromas of red fruits, such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by pleasant floral notes and a hint of aromatic herbs that evoke the surrounding territory. The aging takes place in steel to maintain the lightness and liveliness of the taste and olfactory components. On the palate, it reveals itself to be harmonious and savory, with good persistence that invites the next sip. This organic rosé, ideal with light appetizers, fish dishes, and white meats, tells a story of respect for the environment and for Umbrian winemaking tradition.

An authentic product that enhances the Torgiano denomination with a fresh and modern character.
