Pelàro Rosé is a wine with an authentic and refined character, born in the heart of Valpolicella, a land historically dedicated to the production of great red wines. A rosé that preserves the intense soul of this territory, reinterpreting it with freshness and versatility.

To the eye, it has a soft and bright red color, capable of capturing the eye and inviting tasting. The nose releases fragrant and delicate aromas of fresh red fruits.

On the palate, Pelàro is direct and sincere: the tannic texture, decisive but fine, integrates harmoniously with a lively freshness and pleasant sapidity. The result is a balanced and engaging sip, combining structure and drinkability with great elegance.

The grapes are harvested when they reach full phenolic ripeness. After a short maceration on the skins for about 4 hours in the press, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C using selected yeasts. This is followed by 3-4 months of aging on the fine lees before bottling, which gives the wine complexity and depth.

Pelàro Rosé is a versatile, food-friendly wine, ideal served well chilled to bring out its character. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with raw fish, carpaccio, sushi, and shellfish. It is also excellent with light Mediterranean dishes, fresh salads, delicate cheeses, cold cuts, and white meats.
