The Rosato Vesuvio DOP Ereo by Cantine Olivella is born on the slopes of the majestic Vesuvio, where the vineyards enjoy a unique volcanic terroir, rich in minerals that give the wine a pronounced personality. Made mainly from Piedirosso grapes, typical of the area, the wine is distinguished by its delicate and bright pink color, which anticipates a fragrant and inviting bouquet. On the nose, delicate notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and cherry emerge, accompanied by floral hints and a pleasant minerality. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with a lively freshness that enhances its balance, ideal to accompany seafood dishes and light Mediterranean cuisine. The aging primarily takes place in steel to preserve its freshness and naturalness. A rosato that carries with it the strength of Vesuvio and the wise winemaking tradition of Campania.
