Rosé de' Salici - Vino Spumante - Col de' Salici is a sparkling wine that encapsulates the elegance and freshness of the finest grapes cultivated in the heart of the Venetian hills, a territory known for its winemaking tradition and the favorable microclimate that grants optimal ripening to the clusters. This wine is made from selected grapes, predominantly Pinot Nero vinified as rosé, resulting in a fine and persistent bubble that enhances the aromatic complexity.

The fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method, which preserves the liveliness and brilliance of the wine, while the short aging period allows the fruity and floral notes to remain intact. On the nose, elegant scents of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a delicate minerality that adds depth to the bouquet are perceived. On the palate, Rosé de' Salici is vibrant and balanced, with a fresh and pleasant acidity that invites new sips, revealing a silky texture and a harmonious finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate seafood dishes, sushi, and fresh appetizers, this sparkling wine manages to combine brilliance and refinement in a glass of great character and versatility.
