Rosso Bologna DOC - Az. Agricola Gaggioli is born in the heart of the wine area of Emilia-Romagna, a region that combines tradition and wine-growing vocation. This wine expresses itself through a harmonious blend of native grape varieties, typical of the denomination, which give structure and freshness to the final product.

The aging process, carefully managed, takes place in steel or wooden containers depending on the vintage, to preserve the aromatic intensity and the gustatory cleanliness. On the nose, it offers notes that recall ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by delicate spicy hints and a slight herbal touch.

On the palate, it reveals itself as balanced, with soft tannins and good acidity that give length and freshness to the sip. Rosso Bologna DOC of Gaggioli pairs perfectly with meat dishes, savory first courses, and aged cheeses, enhancing the Emiliana traditional cuisine with elegance and authenticity.
